How To Enrich Your Life
So I found a great article called 39 Ways To Live And Not Merely Exist. It's basically a bunch of tips to help us start enjoying our lives more. Some of them are good, some I don't agree with, but the spirit of all of them is totally applicable to pretty much everyone. Here are my favorites from the article...
1. Love. Perhaps themost important. Fall in love, if you aren't already. If you have, fallin love with your partner all over again. Abandon caution and let your heart be broken. Or love family members, friends, anyone -- it doesn't have to be romantic love. Love all of humanity, one person at a time.
2. Get outside. Don't let yourself be shut indoors. Go out when it's raining. Walk on the beach. Hike through the woods. Swim in a freezing lake. Bask in the sun. Play sports, or walk barefoot through grass. Pay close attention to nature.
5. Take chances. We often live our lives too cautiously, worried about what might go wrong. Be bold, risk it all.

What is around you? What smells and sounds and sights and feelings are you experiencing? Learn to do this as much as possible through meditation, but also through bringing your focus back to the present as much as you can in everything you do.
I'd highly recommend everyone check out this article and start following a few of its suggestions. It really is so important to truly live your life and not waste it on stupid things like watching TV or being afraid of meeting a girl.

La vida es taaaan complicada pero tambien tan divertida, que estoy seguro que no sabria hacer otra cosa...
Intentar alejarme de ella? Es posible, pero lo veo muy aburrido, es tan gris y todo el mundo sabe que lo gris = aburrido; mientras que la vida esta llena de colores aunque hay unos colores que hay que evitar, como el rojo sangre, especialmente si sale de tu cuerpo.

Losing Our Freedoms
This post is about something we talk about in the house, but 1st let me make some statements:
1.- I drink.
2.- I like go partying.
3.- A LOT.
4.- Cops here sometimes wait outside a night club so the can detain you.
5.- That's spying and harrasment.
In other words I live in a city were going and have fun with your friends or gf is mostly punished.
We have lost our freedom of free roaming.
My problem is the false sense of security the current state and federal governments give people by making them jump through hoops when it is completely unnecessary.
Im not saying I'm in favor of drunk driving, of course not, innocent people die for doing stupid things like that and it is in the goverment to find a solution to that with the help of the people; changing people minds but not using fear inducing laws, intimidative laws, harrasing laws. Our current laws work theres no need for harder punishments, if you get caught drunk driving, you are forced to go to meetings, you can have your license revoqued and much more. The problem is who applies those laws, corrupt cops who just look for an excuse to pull you over and ask for a bribe, a lot of them are drug users and nothing is done against them. For that case, how can I respect someone who call themselves authority when they are in a worst state that I am? But thats not the point, they are the authority and they have to be "respected".
The real problem of making laws is giving the authorities enough power to be able to enforce them but without having enough to power to subjudge the people. Its hard but it can be done.
I'm talking about all this because a deputy its promoting a law that lowers the alcohol level of 0.8 to 0.5; nothing new here, it' being done in other cities like Sydney, in fact it has been there that way for a long time and it works perfect, also they have one of the best police departments in the world, so it balances. Here were far fom that and thats the problem, by pasing that law they are just giving more power to exploit the citizens of this city.
My opinion, want to change things like that? Change the police first.

Since early this year I found a new passion... running, its a great sport, I totally love it. It helps clean my mind like no other sport has ever done, it has all I want, requires all I want, focusing, rythm, concentration, determination.
When I'm running nothing matters, theres only me and the road, today I felt my body wanting to go on, to never stop, to ran far away, away from everything here, but I dont run to escape from my problems, I run to them and to solve them, every minute I run, every moment I'm focusing it's making me stronger, and clears my mind to help me solve everything I have ahead, I'm looking foward for wednesday, I got to be harder, better, faster, stronger...
I could talk about the benefits of running, how it even makes you "smarter", but no, everybody knows it's good for you, its cheap and doesnt require much, only a pair of feet, wich it sucks for the handicaped people, but thats another story...

I know IQ doesnt have to do anything with social skills, but one of the mains functions of the brain (and seems that some people forgot about it) is the its ability to solve problems and I found mine, so now that I've found the cause, lets find a solution, I wish Dr. House would be here with his team, specially that lovely doctor, I dunno her name but you know who she is, the one who has/had a crush on Dr. House, she could solve all my problems, on yeah... *drools*

I think a lot, like most of the times im thinking in a lot of things, some are useless, but at least they keep my mind going or thats what I like to tell myself so I dont feel like im wasting my time, but I do think a lot of things, I jump from one subject to another like Paris Hilton jumps over, I was gonna say men, but lets be honest she doesnt care about gender, race, religion, if it walks on two or four legs, hell, I think she doesnt even cares if it breaths anymore. See? I changed subjects just like that, in other words I ramble, a lot, but saddly, most of the time I think of you... I always end up thinking, what would she said to this or that, how would she react, what if ( and I hate what if's) she... In the end everything ends in you, like tonight.
It alls comes down to this, its been bugging me for the past few weeks:

De vez en cuando iría a tomar el te en Inglaterra para el día siguiente ir a tomar el te a Fukuoka; aunque en Tokio me perdería en Shinjuku, entre karaokes, tiendas de todo lo que pueda imaginar, y desde luego me pasaría el sábado en la mañana viendo las caricaturas de TV Tokio. Me iría de fiesta algún fin de semana a Nueva York y vivir su vida nocturna y el siguiente fin de semana en algún antro súper exclusivo de Berlín o Ámsterdam. A Francia lo recorrería poco a poco, al igual que España, pero a Italia le dedicaría un tiempo exclusivo empezaría en el sur para que cuando me acerque a Venecia solo la vea desde Trieste. Cuando me sienta infantil, me iría a Disneylandia o Disneyworld donde correría por todo el parque hasta quedarme exhausto, comería dulces a más no poder y me tomaría fotos con todos los personajes que me encontrara en mi camino. Londres lo visitaría de vez en cuando, es muy misterioso pero Irlanda y Escocia la visitaría muy seguido, me iría a los pequeños poblados a tomar café y a oír música típica de esos lugares no hay nada como un violín irlandés a media tarde...
Estoy seguro que cuando pasara por China recorrería toda la Muralla China, TODA, por dos razones, la primera seria por que la puedo ver desde la luna y no resistiría el impulso de recorrerla y segundo, en verdad quiero decirles lo LARGA que es a todos.
Al final de cada día me aseguraría de tener algo del lugar donde estuve, pero no un típico recuerdo turístico, algo simple, algo que realmente me recuerde ese lugar, como una canción, un beso, una sonrisa, una caricia, siempre he pensado que las cosas mas simples son las mas importantes.
Y todos los días te invitaría a venir conmigo.

Today I got my car back, and yesterday I lost a dear friend, its just that is very interesting how ones perspective can change in a second.
Today at church I didnt prayed for the soul of my friend, instead I prayed for her fathers (my godfather by the way) and the rest of his family who were very much in pain, specially my godfather. I just want him to have a quick resignation, nothing more.
Im tired and stressed... I'm off early.

Time... time waits for no one, it always goes foward, it'll always be that way, I wish I could go back and time to prevent the pain, suffering and sorrow of the ones I love the most, but I can`t... All I can do is be with them in this harsh times and support them. I have a shoulder injury, nothing too serious, but I wasnt able to workout since this wednesday, lets see whats happend next week :(

Very good workout, I feel great, now for this week Im cuttin the carbs and going for more prots for the next month, gotta lose 2kilos a week for 4 weeks, thats my next goal, wish me luck ;)

Im taking a break from my usual bullshit to talk about something really important, and by important I mean that its something that affects me, the strike on my school; the TUH (Technological University of Hermosillo) or UTH in spanish...
First I want to say that I support our teachers on their strike, they are very intelligent people and very commited to us, students, and deserve better work conditions and pay.

I remember one day that Maryell told me that a day would come when your friends are getting married and having children, and it was gonna be scary as hell... day day came four days ago.
Scared is how im feeling right now, everything is changing and its not that its fast, rather than unavoidable, like seeing a plane crashing on a mountain, you cannot do anything but watch; wich led me to my most recent crysis, for a moment I snaped and felt lonely, like really lonely, like I was losing everybody I care about, even my family its becoming very shitty, not my parents, thankfully.
Yeah, I felt like that and it scared me, but then I came to my senses and left it all behind me although the memory of that feeling makes me a shiver a little bit...

Its good that once in a while you slip out of the way, just take it on again.
Never give up, even if you see everything lost, you have to state that what you did, you did it because you belive it it was right.
Only apply that when you are really right.
You will know when you are right.
Truth is the same everywhere.

Stop thinking about yourself, about the right now or the future for my loved ones, that is bullshit. Think about yourself and your loved ones AND the the other people you dont know, how can you benefit everyone else, its easy to think in a small circle, well dear reader, its not how it happends, either you start thinking in a form of a collective mind or you are gonna get screwed, the time of leaders does not exist anymore, while its true that we always are gonna need leaders, we need collective leaders, this goes to a series disscussions of the democracy of the western culture and how our leaders (at least in Mexico) haver failed us, that is not a big surprise, the problem is that us people of this nation dont want to admit the responsability of it.
Religion is something man needs to survive, but keep it to yourself, nobody cares what your balief is, unless you are a muslim and you are in USA/UK/Spain, in that case, well, you are screwed.
Science must rule everything.
Except human nature.
Science and religion dont get along, deal with it.
Science is abtract, humans are not, we are just lucky.
If theres a god, and you follow him blind, you are a tool.

I was driving on my car, changing stations on the radio since my fucking cd player is on its last moments, both productive and because im upgrading that SOB (thats a Son Of a Bitch if you dont know me) to a dvd box, but im missing the point here. You know, I really dont care for those ppl, and im mexican, I dont care if they get deported their asses to Tijuana or any other borders in Mexico or if they win whatever the hell they are fighting for.
Early in the thread I heard that those ppl should be complaining to the Mexican goverment instead of the US goverment. I couldnt agree more with that comment, mexican ppl should start complaning about the wellfare of Mexico, but having such a populist and demagogic goverment as we have, that instead of trying to find ways to make Mexico to be a better country, they are supporting our ppl to go to the US, unfarkingbeliveable!!!
I say fark them, if the US govt. wants to build a wall on the border of my country, I say, do it, build a second freaking great wall of china on the border.
If the US goverment wants to send all the mexicans, and of course by mexicans I mean the ppl from Mexico, (the other "mexicans" shoud go to their respective places) to their country, they should do it, its their piece of land and they are running it. The Mexican goverment MUST do something to improve our way of life,not supporting illeagal acts and ever worst promoting them. Its time to make hard choices.

Early in the thread I heard that those ppl should be complaining to the Mexican goverment instead of the US goverment. I couldnt agree more with that comment, mexican ppl should start complaning about the wellfare of Mexico, but having such a populist and demagogic goverment as we have, that instead of trying to find ways to make Mexico to be a better country, they are supporting our ppl to go to the US, unfarkingbeliveable!!!
I say fark them, if the US govt. wants to build a wall on the border of my country, I say, do it, build a second freaking great wall of china on the border.

Joggin and boobies
Ok, I know I haven't posted in like ages, I got no excuse for that, I'll try to do it more often, well some updates in my life: I'm getting up at 5am to go out joggin, and those of you who know me, know that I farking hate do any kind of exercise, but to be honest I'm kinda getting the hang of this, it does good to me and to be honest I need all the help I can get and if I'm not the one giving it, nobody will.

Holy shit, a year now??
I cant belive it, this blog is now, one year and 8 days, man how time flies when you have fun, I must thank Locorules, he inspired me to make this blog, El Ateo, now thats a good blog, keep on going bro, El Kender, since hes all into marital lifestyle, well he isnt posting that much, I hope to see more of his thoughts, I wanna thank Rianne, internet would be so boring without your chats, Mirai, who slowly, very slowly comes back, and Ksenya, I've been very lucky cuz I found you, actually we met around these days, didnt we?? One year already too!! Wow, time flies none the less...
Well as this post its suppose to be special, Ill write more than I usually do, this time about something very important, today after hearing my dad talk about the same thing as ateo's new post, wich is the indiference/apathy/ignorance/stupidity/etc, etc in the political field of our country, It made me realize how stupid we, the young adults, are its incredible, how little do we care about politics, ateo is right we he said that we dont belive in our politics anymore, but neither do we do someting about it, we let this people sodomize us, we let them get away with their shit, and we do absolutly nothing, they hide behind loop holes in the law, when they use the law of course.
