Week 8

I have a shoulder injury, nothing too serious, but I wasnt able to workout since this wednesday, lets see whats happend next week :(

Week 6

Very good workout, I feel great, now for this week Im cuttin the carbs and going for more prots for the next month, gotta lose 2kilos a week for 4 weeks, thats my next goal, wish me luck ;)

Doing good, did some changes to my routine, now I concentrated more on chest this week, and planning on next week concentrating on abs, thats all for today

Week 4

Sorry for beign late my fellow readers (im talking to you rianne) To be honest I didnt wanna post this one because this week was a total failure, Its short to call it a slide of the road, but more like a total train wreck crashing into a childrens hospital...

This past week I didnt do any exercise, I ate like the worlds coming to an end...

But dont worry, im back on my feet, yesterday I went back to workout, I cant wait for today to do so and im moderating myself with my food, so yeh ill go back at it :)

As of today given 6:37pm of June the 5th, I have became an uncle for the second time, as for the second time its not my brother, its my best friend baby, Congratulations Haza, we sure are old now man, its official, but im so happy, dang brother... *tears*

Week 3

New report on my trainning, well, I've been doing it as planned, except for wednesday when I couldnt find my elastic bands so I had to do other excercise that worked the same area, it went well, muscles dont hurt anymore, im seeing some progress YAY!!
